Peak season:   Rooms from £25-£30  per person/night.

Off season:  Rooms from  £22.50-£25 per person/night.

There is a minimum of  three nights stay during July and August.

Sorry but we do not take single sex group bookings.

We are open all year round. (except Christmas) We also take bookings for New Year.

We only have double en-suite or double non en-suite facilities. All our rooms have LCD digital tv's, coffee and tea making facilities. We also have WiFi access.
Ironing facilities and hairdryers are available on request.


Payments can be made in advance or in full on arrival, by cash, cheque or debit/credit card. There is a non refundable deposit of £25 per room. This is to secure the booking of your room.

There is a communal lounge/dining room where guests can relax and put their feet up after a day experiencing the variety of activities there are to do around the beautiful Cornish coast.

Our continental breakfast is served between 8.30am and 10.30am. Most produce is Fairtrade & Organic where possible.

If our guests require anything, such as soya milk or have wheat or gluten allergies, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to provide what you need.

Your room is available from 1 o'clock and should be vacated by 11.00am.

 Hand and bath  towels are provided. 

We operate a strict no smoking policy.

For anyone who would like to learn to surf in a fun & safe environment, we can book your lesson for you. English Surfing Federation Surf School.

We have to inform you that should you find it necessary to cancel your booking, shorten your stay, or you simple do not show up, you will be liable by law to pay two thirds of the overall cost of the accommodation, unless the room is re-let. We therefore strongly recommend that you arrange insurance to cover this amount.
